Back to work today after 4 days off, I do find it easier at work to maintain my diet, although, I think I did ok this time around, and my boyfriend was a huge help.
Today I start my 2 shakes a day and 1 meal.
I woke up and got ready for work, when I got here, I made my cinnamon and honey drink (which is really gross by the way) and then took 2 hydroxycut, and hour later I had my first shake...which was right now :) so we will see how the night goes. I have a nutrigrain bar for my snack, and I'm going to have another shake for lunch around 2.
I really hope this works. When I actually weighed myself the next morning after getting the scale, I weighed 244lbs, so that's a little better than the 250lbs, ill weigh myself every Friday.
Not much else to blog about right now, I didn't do any exercising on my days off...that is still a really big challenge for me, and we still don't have our own place, so that's discouraging.
I think i'm also going to get some of the wraps everyone is talking about...I think its called Itworks. Since I have already lost weight I find that my stomach is bumpy, I looked it up online and it said it can happen when I person looses weight, its the fat deposits in that area, so I think the wraps will work to tone and tighten my stomach area, and also maybe my thighs and arms, but right now its mainly my stomach. Ill only start that in another month though, Ill keep you updated :)
