Set back

I bought a scale today. I knew I had gained weight but I didn't think it was 30lbs. :( I've decided I know need to try even harder. I'm going to start having 2 slim fast shakes instead of 1 and then only eating one meal.
So I'm at 250 and I want to be at 170.
Today went well other than that. We had to go to the nearest city today and they have a McDonald's,  so I got a chicken snack wrap with grilled chicken. It was very good. I had some crispy minis for a snack. I bought the powder slim fast because you get more for cheaper but I didn't follow the directions properly and didn't put enough powder...at least I know for tomorrow. I had some veggies again for a snack and now I'm having a chciken salad from subway with spinach onions lettuce olives tomato and cucumber, cheese and honey mustard sauce.
Tomorrow I'm going to start drinking the mixture everyone is talking about that is cinnamon and honey in the morning and before bed as well as continue the hydroxycut and only one slim fast still for now (I'm changing it on Sunday)
When I weighed myself today it was in the evening and I know you are supposed to in the morning after you use the bathroom. So I'm going to do that and see whaf my weight is. But I'm still feeling good about eating better
